Orientation: She doesn't have a determined orientation, and she tends to put martial arts before everything else, but I think she can be at least bisexual, because of her intimate friendship with a girl in canon, and something about one man, the only person that "she can't defeat".

Personality:
Sakura is a girl of strong principles, which she never strays away from even in desperate situations. When faced with danger, she doesn't back down, willing to protect those she cares about even if it will cost her a lot of things, even her own life. She's brave and strong enough to break through difficult matters, but also quite the wallflower when it comes to socialize with new people. At times, though, especially when very stressed, her inner struggles come up and interfere with her stoic demeanor, like when Monobear showed her the video of her entire family being defeated in fight.
Her appearance often doesn't match with her actual attitude. Sakura is polite, speaks in a defined manner, enjoys having tea as a pasttime after training, and gets along with the rest of the class, though she still remains reserved except with Asahina, whom she has an important friendship with. In fact, the only thing that would ever anger her is when someone harms or insults Asahina in any way. That's when she has an aura of rage around her, and threatens people quite heavily. In truth, anyone whom Sakura befriends are going to become people that she'll protect no matter what, and will use her strength to avenge.
Being male or female does not matter. It is my duty to protect our history.
Furthermore, it is exactly because I am a woman that I must become stronger than any man.
"The title of the strongest person on earth can never be given to a woman"... Silencing the people who think that way requires an overwhelming strength.
Even despite being labeled as the strongest schoolgirl in the world, Sakura won't give herself a rest. There would never be a day where she doesn't train her body constantly and intensely, striving for higher levels. She thinks of herself as a being that is only destined to fight, and will not stop even if she achieved all she could ever have, like having beaten her father, who was the Great Master of their dojo. Her biggest chagrin comes from the fact that she was never able to defeat a certain man, whom she tries to hide the identity during her Free Time with Naegi.
But even though she's been a fighter all her life, she knows how to pick her battles. She would never challenge someone if she doesn't deem them strong enough to handle her, though she'd never turn down a sparring fight. However, she's more than glad to teach others how to fight, like when she offered Chihiro some lessons because he expressed the desire to work out and become stronger. Sakura thinks highly of people that show inner strength even despite not being physically adapted. They're the ones she wishes to train and tutor the most out of her future disciples.
Abilites: Sakura had gained the title of Super High School Level Wrestler, meaning that as of her world's standards, she's the strongest schoolgirl in the whole globe, having trained ever since she was born. With that comes high stamina and durability, plus a variety of knowledge about many types of fighting, though her favourite style is composed by wrestling and mixed martial arts.
Other: It's implied in canon that she's taking proteins (steroids) to improve her body efficiency.

Sakura was never the kind of person to be panicked by any setting, no matter how bizzarre or dangerous it appeared. To suddenly find herself in a place that wasn't her gym, with no way of knowing what happened and just who had the funny idea of bringing her there. Was it another of Monobear's funky ideas? He must be bored with the school setting, she thought, and maybe he's extending his sadistic game to an entire town in the middle of nowhere; she snorted with her nose, frowning deeply as she scanned the surroundings with her ever so severe eyes. Her survival insticts told her to get a move on and quickly look for her classmates. If she ended up here, on the lawn of a house like any other in the streets, with no one present to explain, then everyone else should be in her same situation.
Deciding against merely standing around, Sakura walked in, cellphone carefully held in her hand. If she lost control of her strength just that once, she'd risk to crush it by accident. That was one of the few prices she had to pay for being the strongest schoolgirl in her world. On her way, she found the supposed lease that she would quickly read, her brows furrowing further. So, she was supposed to live in here for who knows how long? Unless Asahina and all the others were taken here as well, or this wasn't just another of Monobear's evil plans, the idea didn't appeal her at all. She had to have a talk with this Lessor. And while at it, ask for the whereabouts of a gym center she could train at while making sure her friends, the surviving students, were safe and sound.
